Value-based management technologies as a tool for sustainable development of an organization

Technology is an essential tool for turning theoretical concepts into practical algorithms. Nowadays, management technologies have begun to play a central role in ensuring sustainable development, competitive advantages and adaptation of organizations to rapidly changing market conditions. As a key element of value-based management, they allow you to transform management processes, optimize the use of resources and eliminate unproductive operations, which largely determines the effectiveness of companies. However, in Russia, technology in the management field is not given due attention, and the technological approach for personnel management in organizations is often used formally. At the same time, a competent choice of management technologies contributes to increased labor productivity and sustainable development.
